Ordered it from the website but left side stopped working after 2 days. Was really frustrating at the beginning but customer service was good. They quickly picked it up and replaced with a new piece which is working fine since almost a month now.

Had purchased EarSafe but since my purpose was for calls, came across this and the team helped me upgrade to this comm model. Its been perfect and a worthy upgrade.

They had mentioned getting 200 off on prepaid orders but instead of 2799, 2999 only get deducted, Had to explain everything to them on mail and whatsapp but eventually they refunded the additional 200 as it was a system issue Otherwise product is good.

I never buy frm company sites directly and prefer to buy from amazon but after reading their process and reviews, decided to get 1 from here and the experience surprisingly has been good. Had some issues in tracking but the support team solved it quickly. Good product too.
